APPLICATIONS

Torque Down efficiently reduces torque and drag in oil and gas, geothermal, waterwell, HDD and diamond coring applications.

Torque down improves drilling performance by lowering torque and drag, leading to faster penetration rates and longer-lasting equipment. It also prevents rust and scale buildup, is environmentally safe, and increases the efficiency and lifespan of bits and mud motors while reducing wear on rods and other equipment.

This product performs even better in high-torque, high-temperature conditions, such as diamond coring, HDD pilot, or geothermal drilling..

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
Typical concentrations range from 2L to 4L/m3 for HDD, waterwell and diamond coring applications.

Typical concentrations range from 10L to 30L/m3 for oil and gas and geothermal applications. Add directly to the tank.

Handle as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions described in the Saftey Data Sheet (SDS).

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
Torque Down is in 20L pails.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletising, banding, shrink-wrapping and stacking.
