One Stop

One Stop is a specially formulated blend of lost circulation materials (LCM) designed to seal fractures between 1,000 and 3,000 microns.

APPLICATIONS

One Stop is effective in managing both partial and severe fluid losses. It can be used as a background treatment to seal early-induced fractures, as a standalone solution, or alongside other LCMs to enhance performance.

It can withstand differential pressures of up to 7,000 kPa (1,000 psi). Its versatile composition ensures reliable performance across various drilling conditions, making it an effective solution for managing lost circulation.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
Preventative Use: Mix One Stop at a concentration of 12-18 kg/m³ as a preventative treatment when drilling through depleted zones. This helps seal microfractures and prevents them from spreading.

Severe Losses: Increase the concentration to 50-95 kg/m³ for more significant loss zones. Add directly to the drilling fluid and pump through the loss zone. Let it soak for 30-60 minutes for effective sealing. Repeat if new loss zones are encountered.

TOXICITY AND HANDLING
Handle as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions described in the Saftey Data Sheet (SDS).

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
One Stop is in 25kg bags.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletising, banding, shrink-wrapping and stacking.
