OilSafe® offers solutions to transform your lubrication life cycle, with customisable fire safe solutions for each step of the cycle. This improves efficiency and machinery life, therefore saving money.
Transfer
Transfer of lubrication products is a major cause of lubrication fluid and grease contamination, and incorrect fluid application.
The incorrect product in the incorrect container, then applied to the incorrect machinery, has major impacts on production reliability. Whilst human error cannot be completely excluded, the possibility can be dramatically reduced by using the OilSafe® system.
Colour coded jug and pump lids match machinery label tags, and bulk storage fill points. Quick disconnects on jugs are colour matched to bulk storage connectors, creating seamless identifiers from bulk storage through to fill points.
In addition, grease guns are colour matched to fill points, for a highly effective end to end solution.
Identify
Labelling fill points and vessels is a major step towards preventing misapplication of lubricant. The OilSafe® system allows identification of bulk fill points, vessels and machinery lube points, with matching colour coded labelling, to provide a seamless lubrication reliability solution.
Use standard labels, or the custom label wizard, to produce labelling that supports all your safety requirements and lean lubrication needs.
