Clay Adjustment

Clay Dissolve

Separates sticky clay particles — reduces bit balling and reamer binding.

Clay Dissolve is a liquid clay dispersant that breaks apart sticky clay aggregates, reducing the tendency for clay to pack around bits, reamers, and drill string. It works by disrupting the electrostatic bonds that cause clay particles to stick together.

Particularly effective in sticky clay formations where traditional inhibitors alone aren't enough. Often used alongside Clay Control or Swell Stop for maximum effect in challenging ground conditions.

Key Benefits

  • Breaks apart sticky clay aggregates
  • Reduces bit balling and reamer binding
  • Works alongside clay inhibitors for maximum effect
  • Improves bore cleaning efficiency
